🚨 Two Jewish businesses were shot at in Toronto today. Two locations of the Jewish-owned Kiva’s Bagel Bar were targeted - one at Yonge & St. Clair and another at Bathurst & Steeles. At least one location was struck by gunfire. It is open season on Canadian Jews and Toronto Mayor Chow is utterly uninterested. Shame on every official that is issuing useless statements of concern while allowing violence to escalate.

I was at a graduation for one of my family members at UM last year. A couple of students receiving their diploma waived Palestinian flags, bunch of them wearing keffiyehs, one student held the fist up the whole time. I can’t imagine being a Jew on an American campus right now. I wouldn’t feel slightly safe. Bunch of poorly educated, spoiled kids playing at revolutionary.

An Antwerp-based Israeli food chain, Boker Tov, is closing its last restaurant in Belgium and filing for bankruptcy after sustained hate, harassment, and boycott campaigns. At one point, the owners reported receiving up to 1,000 hate messages per hour, including death threats, not over policy, but simply over identity. What’s happening to Boker Tov is part of a wider pattern across Europe: Cultural spaces, businesses, and everyday life becoming hostile terrain for anything visibly Jewish or Israeli. History has seen where this road leads. Ignoring it never ends well.
