Today Accident Awareness did a virtual presentation for the students at St. John Catholic High School. Our event was entitled Making Sense of It and the program covered such things as seat belts, cell phones, bike helmets and intersections. Survive the Day is for everyone.
This was the beginning of Accident Awareness, November 1993. We are installing a series of roadways within the old Pickering Trade Centre on Brock Rd. (since torn down) 42,000 sq. feet were used and 35,000 people attended the 3 day event. Most learned how to Survive the Day.
Not wearing a seat belt can lead to injury or death where injury or death does not need to happen. Buckle up, make sure all your passengers do the same. Operator of this vehicle not wearing seat belt died as a result. Survive the Day!
At Sinclair S. S. 11, June 2009. Our message has never changed. Survive the Day means no stunt driving, wear seat belts, watch your speed and do not become complacent while driving. Our virtual programs inspire the same learning techniques. Survive the Day.

Stopped this Driver at Dundas/Neyagawa. Not sure how the driver could see anything. All windows covered in snow/ice/frost. Driver charged with no clear view to the front/side, no clear view to the rear and expired insurance card. Lights and front plate were also covered!
