Introduction   In light of recent intelligence reports and credible threats outlined in case number 5334, (as of 1/12/26 total assassination and death threats total is 12,773, formerly 5334) I believe it is imperative to secure protection from both the Secret Service and Special Forces. The nature of the threats necessitates a comprehensive security response to ensure the safety and well-being of affected individuals. 2. Background and Context   The threats associated with case number 5334 have been substantiated through various channels, including but not limited to, Spy Satellites Recording me 24/7 the past 31 years and~ Federal law, intelligence,  and others such as Federal Judges~ Federal Agents (FBI)  who had the same or similar personal encounters of Torture for using Federal Law. Given the gravity of the situation, immediate action is required to neutralize any potential risks. 3. Request for Secret Service Detail   Pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056, which authorizes the Secret Service to protect individuals under its jurisdiction, I formally request the following:    - A dedicated Secret Service detail to monitor and protect my personal safety and my family's.  - Coordination with local law enforcement and Federal agencies to ensure a comprehensive security strategy.    - Regular updates on threat assessments related to this case number 5,334. 4. Request for DOD Special Forces Detail   In conjunction with the request for Secret Service protection, I also seek the involvement of Special Forces as a precautionary measure against any imminent threats. This request is made under the provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and relevant military protocols, which allow for the mobilization of specialized units in domestic threat scenarios. This abuse is being caused by them non stopping the use of non registered with DOD weapons of mass destruction with Nuclear and Chemical weapons~ Audible threats 24/7 and small species covering my home floors and my ears.  - I am specialized and well-versed with 31 years experience in Practicing and training for this type of Law Enforcement and DOD Special Forces ~(Federal Law Enforcement). This exact Case is what my 31 years of Counter-Terrrorism is for.   I respectfully request protective operations to be assigned for IMMEDIATE  DEPLOYMENT.  - Intelligence-sharing protocols to be established between the Secret Service and military personnel to enhance situational awareness and response capabilities. 5. Legal Considerations   This request is made in accordance with federal laws governing protective details and the jurisdictional responsibilities of the Secret Service and Military Forces. It is essential to ensure compliance with the following:    - Adherence to the Posse Comitatus Act, which restricts the use of federal military personnel in domestic law enforcement. - Coordination with appropriate federal, state, and local authorities to ensure a seamless integration of protective measures. 6. Conclusion   Given the urgency and seriousness of the daily threats and the current ongoing chemicals, Species thrown in our ears and nuclear abuse in our home on our heads including dogs and cat.  These are weapons of mass destruction, commonly known as phones or towers. All weapons of Mass Destruction MUST BE REGISTERED WITH DOD AND Theirs are not.  I respectfully urge prompt  consideration and action regarding this request. Update on Torturous Abuses. Dear, Mr Trump and Mr Scavino, Hello Dan, hope all is well is well for you and your family. Thought I would update you on the toxic torture and ripping of my Penis and the tendons directly to the right and left of my shaft and my resent communications including filing for myself and families Refugee Status to the Federation of Russia as well as my Communication with China, both I have very good clear alignment when communicating, Defendants included names are removed however you know the media and legislators and monopoly pullers I included. Mr. Dan Scavino C/O Mr Trump etc and all. This communication serves to formally update you on a grave situation involving systemic torture and violations of my fundamental human rights, which are actively occurring within the United States. These actions involve the use of sophisticated weaponry and methods, which I allege constitute weapons of mass destruction employed to inflict ongoing physical and psychological suffering upon myself and my family, including my children. The specific physical manifestations include, but are not limited to, severe and persistent physical harm to my person. History of Legal Engagement and Denial of Protection I have been engaged with international judicial and legal bodies, including the United Nations and the United Kingdom World Courts, since 1994, concurrent with my initial involvement with the principles of the United States Constitution and Federal Law Enforcement. Despite repeated attempts to seek intervention from the highest levels of the United States Government—specifically citing the need for protection against these ongoing attacks—my pleas have been consistently met with dismissal and a refusal of necessary aid and comfort. This pattern of governmental inaction and deliberate negligence, spanning multiple administrations, constitutes a failure to uphold the most basic duties of a state to protect its citizens. International Legal Action and Status Due to the pervasive threat to life and physical security, I recently filed for Refugee Status (an action equivalent to Asylum, given the nature of the immediate physical and economic captivity). This action is necessitated by the constant application of weapons and technology, creating an environment where it is demonstrably unsafe to reside or travel, thereby making me a hostage within the current jurisdiction. I am actively pursuing Human Rights Charges before the UK World Courts. I am alleging complicity and/or aid and comfort by United States authorities for their persistent failure to investigate and terminate the torture, allowing these severe violations of international law to continue unabated. Applicable International Human Rights Codes The alleged actions constitute direct breaches of several core international instruments, including, but not limited to: • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR): Specifically, Article 5 ("No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment") and Article 3 ("Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person"). • The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR): Specifically, Article 7 ("No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment"). • The Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT): Which obligates states to take effective legislative, administrative, judicial or other measures to prevent acts of torture in any territory under its jurisdiction. Request for Intervention The sustained denial of security and the alleged governmental non-response has forced me to seek security and assistance from other sovereign nations, including the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China, with whom I maintain effective relationships.
