This story from Panchatantra is relevant in the current context and the potential impact on naive investors. A man was walking in the woods carrying a plump goat on his shoulder. Three crooks happened to see him and decided to trick him out of it. 🐐 Crook 1: "Oh man, how can you carry a dog on your shoulder?" Man: "You fool, don't you know a goat from a dog?"🐕 The man continues to walk towards his home and then the second crook appears Crook 2: "Sir, why are you carrying a dead calf on your shoulders? Man: "Are you blind, can't you see it is a live goat?" 🐄 The man continues to walk but by now seeds of doubt were already sown in his mind. This is when the third crook comes in Crook 3: "Sir, drop the lion from your shoulders before he eats you" 🦁 The man thinks not all three of them could be wrong. This is no goat and must be a goblin. He throws the goat to the ground and runs as fast as he could. The crooks that night have a hearty meal.
