Yesterday our Chair & diesel co visited the Tanfield Railway to see loco 54, having a holiday in the countryside at The legends of industry. it was strange to see 54 in a rural location. And we had to find the frames the lysaghts Rsh that once was enjoyed by so many children.

Over the coming weeks we're going to be sharing with you some snippets from the archives in the form of a weekly #ThrowbackThursday post. Our first delve into the history books shows impressive icicles that had formed on the cooling tower at the Scunthorpe site in December 1978.
