There are mindsets that elevate energy levels and mindsets that demolish it. 3 that zap your energy are Self-Pity, Self-Doubt and Self-Criticism. All 3 will pummel you into a permanent state of low energy. Low energy can leads to low work performance. Eliminate these first.
