It's also why I think it's so difficult for me to expand my music. They're better experienced from real musicians and I simply don't have the talent or skill for it. With that in mind, I'm changing things up. I'll leave the shoegazing to the shoegazers while I try something else.

Shoegaze has been a casual passion of mine. It is what I connect with and enjoy more than anything. These past few months has made me appreciate and respect more for the creativity and talent of these artists. I've come to think of myself as being no where in league to them.

For sometime, my passion for creating music in terms of shoegaze and then metalcore/shoegaze has declined. There's this nagging thought that this music is best experienced by artists who are the musicians of their work and I could never hope to achieve that artistic bond. (cont.)

As I've been excited about my videos getting a lot of views lately, all of a sudden my last music video has significantly less views. Making me a bit sad. :(
