@LeadingReport I don’t see how on medical, ethical, constitutional grounds how the supreme court could sustain such an obvious overreach of government for a political agenda that has nothing to do with healthcare.

@anne_cooney @GavinNewsom We tried this in New York and it was thrown out as Unconstitutional. Too@many courts treat 2nd Amendment right as beyond basic regulation and gross misinterpretation.

@danielsgoldman I’m not a criminal attorney but in civil practice Trump could held liable under a theory of respondent superior at a minimum. Based on your statement this is not available in the criminal context?
