@santanderuk disappointed. Limiting online banking to those with mobile phones?? My 86 year old mother doesn’t have a mobile phone and now can’t get statements online. No contingency? Poor service. #gopaperfree #not #discriminating

@wiltsfarmfoods guys advertising a digital @BoschHomeUK microwave and actually selling another brands non digital microwave is underhand. No clock, manual control. My 85year old mother was conned by you! Very poor. Disappointed. False advertising.

@santanderuk @bancosantander New APP! now need a mobile number to use the APP. This has no doubt taken a service away from many older generations who had got used to the APP but don’t want a mobile phone. My mother (85yo) told basically to get a mobile or you can’t have the APP.
