$DOCS - Doximity is up 80% after hours and the press release does not explain it. Look at the tape. The first post-market print was $21.09 at 4:00. By 4:10 it had drifted to $20.22 — below the close. The release landed and did nothing. The move began around 4:20 and went $26.89, then $34.90 by 5pm, then $39.18 by 6pm. Whatever is driving this came out during the call, not in the 8-K. Because the 8-K, on its own, is mixed at best. Revenue $156.6M, up 7.3%, beating both the $151-152M guide and consensus. Adjusted EBITDA $74.8M against $69.6M expected, though down 6% year over year. Non-GAAP EPS $0.29 against $0.30 — a penny miss. I said this afternoon that a full-year revenue raise of $3-5M would break the four-quarter beat-and-fade pattern. They raised it $6M at the midpoint, to $671-681M. And they cut full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance by $10M at the midpoint, to $309-329M from $323-335M. Net revenue retention fell to 107% from 118% a year ago. Eleven points. Cost of revenue rose 50%, R&D 43.6%, stock comp 68%. Operating margin went from 37.4% to 21.5%. That is a company spending hard and telling you profitability comes down this year. It is not, by itself, an 80% print. If you're posting on this one, the honest framing is that the numbers are mixed and the move came later. Anyone attributing +80% to a $6M revenue raise is reverse-engineering a story. $DOCS
