We are aware of an outage affecting many of our accommodations across the UK, our third-party fibre provider are investigating the outage. We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.

There is currently some emergency maintenance by our Fibre Provider that is affecting a large number of the accommodations we provide WIFI for, We have been informed this should be resolved by 06:00. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

@Jess_Mills2 Hi, we've had an engineer on site tonight to try and fix the problem, unfortunately, it appears that the fault lies in our fibre provider's equipment location, we are arranging for a visit to go ahead later this morning to get this fixed.
