@dkhos Hello, recently had very poor experience with @ubereats_uk where missing items were re-ordered and meant I was left with an extra delivery fee and small order charge. How do I raise a complaint with a manager? Pondering raising this under the #ConsumerRightsAct 🤷🏼‍♀️

Online, on a comparison website, they offered the exact same policy at £54 a month… so now I’ve got debt collectors chasing me because I had to cancel an original policy because they didn’t stick to their word. I wonder what @itvMLshow would think about this?!

So @1stCentral are chasing me for money even though I’m still with them. I changed policy because I was promised my insurance cost would drop to market value when my years no claims went through following an info only disclosure. They reduced their offer to £68 a month…

@Tesco and @jamieoliver ‘s 1,2,3 meals are absolute crap! Spent 1/2 an hour cooking to have a rubbish tasting meal and nearly choke on 3 bones and for my mom to nearly choke on another. Bad quality. Bad taste. Never again 😡🤮
