I think this is the 5th time @DoorDash has delivered my groceries 1+ hrs. before the time I specified. Food left out to go bad, leaving appointments early, even being waked by a very early delivery. They blame the store, the driver and me but take no responsibility themselves.

For a second time now, @DoorDash has ignored the time delivery window, that they offer, left hundreds of dollars worth of groceries to sit and go bad on my porch as nobody was home, and refused to make good on it. Literally stealing hundreds of dollars. Hello, @UberEats!

Is there a worse customer service system in place than that at @Xfinity? All I wanted was to pay my bill. Can't log in. Can't update payment methods. Help over the phone is non-existent. I am so glad I run my companies better than this. I would be out of business otherwise.
