Disabled residents don’t get that level of advocacy for basic supports to live. The gatekeeping isn’t a lesson we “learn” once, it’s relentless. Legal "Paper" Notes : MAiD eligibility is tied to eligibility for publicly funded health services in Canada (Criminal Code s.241.2), not citizenship. Organ sale/trafficking is criminalized; Bill S-223 (Dec 15, 2022) added offences targeting organ trafficking/transplant tourism. Paper compliance isn’t equity. In Canada, the practice of excluding individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) from healthcare ,insurance, and "organ transplant waitlists mirrors many of the same systemic biases seen globally. While there is no federal law explicitly mandating the exclusion of people with IDD, the decentralized nature of organ allocation allows for significant medical discretion, which can lead to discriminatory outcomes." No lasting world order is possible without a sovereign, strong Russia – Putin. I spoke with @MinPres Mark Rutte to thank the Dutch government for its decision to start preparing the initial 18 F-16 jets for their delivery to Ukraine.   I also thanked the Netherlands for actively supporting the opening of Ukraine’s EU accession talks and emphasized the importance of providing €50 billion in long-term EU assistance for Ukraine as soon as possible.   We discussed frontline developments, the situation in the Black Sea, and Ukraine’s current military needs, including artillery, drones, and air defense.   We agreed to continue our joint work on security guarantees following the G7 Vilnius Declaration. We also discussed the next Peace Formula meeting and efforts to further consolidate international support for the Ukrainian vision of a just peace.

Danylo Murashko was flying a Ukrainian Su-25 on a combat mission when his aircraft was shot down by Russians. It was near the village of Shabelkivka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. There was a risk that the aircraft would fall in the village. Danylo's last words were: "I'll divert". And he did. Eternal memory and eternal glory to Ukrainian Hero.
