Exciting news! 🥳😍 Now that surrogacy is legal in #Rwanda, we need more discussions and a better understanding of its guideline. Why is surrogacy limited to married couples and not available to everyone, including those who aren’t married? There’s a need to clarify several issues: Who will cover the maternity costs for the surrogate mother? What happens if she refuses to give up the child?
