@EWErickson Shrinkflation is a huge issue. Producers of goods are gaming the system even more by offering less of a product for a higher price. Hello, Frito Lay and Kelloggs. Consumers are feeling it AND seeing it. Denial is disrespectful and tone deaf.

Stayed @PalaceResorts many many times over the last 15 years. Been subjected to the time-share pressure tactic. Will NEVER stay there again, unfortunately. They’ve lost a good customer.

@JustineBateman @USPS We were receiving mail only sporadically for months. Station General Manager had not shown up to the job in a year, half the carriers called in sick more days than not, & deputy manager had no authority to fire or hire. Normalize firing federal workers who don’t show up to work.
