Yet another failure in this crash is the refusal of the #TransportationCanada to regulate #SideGuards on trucks. Had this truck had a side guard, Doug would still be alive. Poor vehicle sightlines/design are also unregulated by feds. ALL of this tragedy could have been prevented.
