Today, I went to my usual petrol pump near Khan Market to refuel my motorcycle with Power100, which I understand is ethanol-free. I was told they haven’t received Power100 for nearly 20 days. Why should consumers not have the option to buy ethanol-free fuel, even when willing to pay extra? Many high-performance and sensitive engines need proper fuel, and owners should not be left without a choice. @HardeepSPuri @nitin_gadkari @volklub @kapsology

Sir, I think you just read the headline, the RTI activism remark was made on a petitioner seeking A-bail as he was booked for grievously attacking a govt employee with a sword. He also suppressed his antecedants. When the judges refused A-bail, the counsel for petitioner raised an argument that he is a RTI activist, that is when the remarks came.

I posted this long back but to no avail. Even moved the Supreme Court of India but my PIL was dismissed saying that I have vested although I had just asked that the people should get a choice of E0,E20 etc and they should be able to decide and not the govt as to what fuel people buy x.com/Akshay/status/…

@sumit22gupta “Tap CJI” 😂 this isn’t customer care. Recusal was already raised the way the law requires. And escalation doesn’t cure apprehension of bias. It will be dealt with as per law, not WhatsApp wisdom. Half knowledge & confidence is a dangerous combo. Maybe read first, then tweet.

At least read the law before tweeting. This take reeks of bias. No one is “choosing a judge” here. The law is very clear, even a reasonable apprehension of bias is enough. You don’t need to prove anything beyond that because justice has to be seen to be done. There are specific, detailed concerns on record, this isn’t some vague allegation. And stepping back while accepting consequences is a recognised legal position. Reducing it to “if I don’t like the judge, I won’t participate” is just a convenient distortion. Not law, just narrative.

What Arvind Kejriwal is effectively arguing is startling: If the judge is not acceptable to me, I will not participate. A litigant cannot reserve for himself the right to choose the Bench, question integrity without proof, and then walk away when the court rejects those claims.

@SharmaSampark @seriousfunnyguy @narendramodi @nitin_gadkari Hahhaha, so funny. Actually International Driving Permit is issued by the RTO not any private organisation and it works in almost all of the countries. It is governed by 3 different conventions.
