@sevendaysvt Just went to dinner downtown with a group. Disgusting display and the stench of a failed mayor and city council to address the obvious. Didn’t see a single police officer because they are few and not supported. Let’s pretend to solve it by laying off more dedicated city workers.

@petersagal @maggiesmithpoet @waitwait This was a great episode and Maggie was delightful. I never heard of her or the poem until now. Maybe I am an optimist, but I do not subscribe to the “half” and “for every” calculation described in the poem. And Maggie outwardly portrayed what makes the world beautiful. I smiled.
