$SPY $SPX - It’s about that time🐂 In march I suggested a major bull run was incoming which led to be true. In early august I suggested we were due for wave 4 into $430. It’s now September & $SPY has visited $430, so whats next? As FinX grows increasingly bearish I like our chances to put in a Wave 4 low this upcoming week. Chances are we visit $425 - $429.50 Monday or Tuesday to test Weekly demand. If buyers can clear $436, $440 its game on which likely won’t happen until a government shutdown is avoided. Another interesting note is what we are seeing with #S5FI. The last time we approached <= 15% of the S&P 500 above the 50D moving average was in march… which was a Daily wave 2 bottom. Coincidence that we are nearing the same levels for our daily wave 4? Me thinks not. In the last 5 years. The only time we saw <15% of the S&P 500 below the 50D was the 2018 bear market. 2020 Covid bear market, and twice during the 2022 bear market. I think its fair to say 2023 has not been a bear market which meads me to think we won’t see < 15% of the S&P 500 below the 50D this time either. I’ve made a slight adjustment from a nested 1,2 from Jan - March to a complex Wave 2 correction which means this should be the 5th and final impulse up to complete this wave 1 primary cycle with a target of All time highs near $477- $479 where everyone will likely be calling for $500 next. To answer the simple question.. Yes I am bullish from here until we see a close below $425. Best of luck🤝
