@Alzacz 3/ Pokuty jsem platil vždy, když jsem reálně rozbil displej nebo způsobil viditelný škrábanec. Má chyba, bez námitek. Ale existuje i čl. 8.2.1 — běžné opotřebení bez pokuty. Po 2 letech ho má každý telefon, i v krytu. Dřív to bylo nevýhodné, ale pohodlné. Teď už ani jedno.
@Alzacz 2/ Pro kontext, protože někdo si myslí, že klienti lžou paušálně: 9 let členství, 12+ vlastních zařízení (telefony i notebooky), několik byznysů, které jsem do NEO přivedl a které si na něm postavily celý tech park.
