@WSJ Not a bad decision. Too many managers shouldn’t be managing people or teams. For about 1/3 of workers, their boss is the biggest source of stress in their day. Unfortunately, if you have the emotional intelligence to “unBoss”, you are more likely to be one of the good bosses.

@TimSackett What's better? Have happy employees w. some flexibility working remotely, or unhappy workers sitting in an office having zoom meetings all day? It is a challenge - our research shows 40% in the USA want RTO full time. Another 40% want to be in the office 1x or 2x every 2 weeks.
@TimSackett It's also that many (too many?) managers still measure productivity by walking around and looking for bums-in-seats, and "that's how we did it in the old days", rather than looking at work productivity. This fails to address the advantages of flexibility to some (ie: Women).
