I don't mind being declined. It's a great learning experience...if you tell me why! I'm the biggest advocate for companies who tell me why.

I understand @Google and others want a higher false negative result but that's just looking at candidates as numbers instead of people.

Look I understand you don't want to be sued but if you're not giving me the job for a valid reason you'll be fine and I can learn from it.

It bothers me that technology companies feel fine using your time to interview you, sometimes for days, but will refuse to give you feedback

Interviewer late, had me make a Set then stopped me to optimize a func prematurely. Interview ends. Didn't progress b/c unfinished Set class

The fact that interviewing.io exists should be a signal of issues in the technology industry. Practicing a flawed system doesn't improve it.
