Gotta say, I am really enjoying @paste_app the last 24 hours as it does wonders for my work flow. It's more than access to clipboard history, like on the iPad, where it is sorely needed. It's also an organizer. I'm finding it exactly what I needed to manage #Mastodon.

@hmm_cook I know I was High Masking (and High Energy) when I realized I was "good at it" because I was spending my day performing constant cold and hot reading at same time I did more work than many. When they said they were tired at the end of the day it was ploy for boss. I meant it.

@DopamineShark @Alison05233724 My burnout complicates because heat makes cortisol rise. Have a cortisol resistance problem, which exhausts me. Brings on a flare. Disordered cortisol disrupts the immune system. I think that's the root of my #Autoimmune issue. Comfort is essential to my health.
