@AmericanAir No thanks: 4 legs of travel over 3 months where I’m flexible. I’m not sitting on the phone for hours to go over every possibility. It’s beyond ridiculous that your website is broken for over a week. Sort yourselves out and maybe get a pro tech team.
Hey @AmericanAir what’s going on with your website? I’ve been trying to book a multi city from the UK to The US for over a week and I get nothing but errors. I’m about to give up. How long does it take you to sort out major technical errors?
@AmericanAir I’ve been through all these checks when I called it and was told it’s a problem with your website. It doesn’t work on any of the four browsers I tried, doesn’t work on my laptop, nor my husband’s laptop, nor either of our mobiles. We were specifically told it was a known issue
@AmericanAir I would except I phoned in about four days and was told it was an IT problem on website on trips originating outside the US and would be fixed in 2-3 days. You guys need to get your act together.

@Etsy Something is wrong with my account, and it says it is suspended, but I have not received any emails or information. I cannot find any way to contact Etsy and am apparently supposed to file an appeal, but I don't even know what is going on, so how can I appeal??
@AmericanAir Thankfully consumer law in the UK is good (as well as the Warsaw and Montreal conventions). You repaired my (nearly new) bag but didn’t get it to me before I left and now I don’t have it at all. Plus I had to buy a bag to get my items home. Disappointing to say the least. 😞
@AmericanAir You broke my bag, sent it for repair, promised it’d be back in time for my flight home; it wasn’t. I had to buy a bag to get home and my claim for the bag was denied bc my broken bag is now repaired on a different continent than me. No one will help.

@AmericanAir I just got in touch with Central baggage. They’re doing nothing about it. Apparently the fact that the bag wasn’t repaired until four days I left and is god-knows-where on a different continent isn’t enough. They repaired the bag and they’re done.
@AmericanAir Can you please DM info (email, phone) for whoever is head of central baggage. If American won’t escalate this matter, then please would you advise your legal address/company registered office in the UK, please?
