@AskCiti your app just locked me out due to me entering a pin to start an online chat. It has now locked me out for 24 hours saying the information I’ve given is incorrect. This is unacceptable. Can someone please get in touch with ASAP to rectify

@sweetgreen I had a very disappointing experience with you guys. Basically our orders had frozen eggs and tomatoes and not so fresh avocado. It was inedible. Have sent an email yesterday and still no reply. Can someone please get in touch and mate this right ?

@OptimumHelp I’ve been paying more on my bill for the last 3 months. I was promised a credit and now I’ve been charged again and apparently the system cannot override for a refund. Wth?? So let’s just over charge the customer. Very disappointed

@nationalgridus it’s been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for a meter technician to come by to review our meter as our last 2 bills have been astronomically high. It’s not normal for it to triple in 4 years that we’ve been living in the same apartment. Can u pls fix this week?
