STOCKS, GOLD, SILVER AND CRYPTO ALL CRASHING Yesterday was absolute carnage. - S&P 500: -2.6% (biggest single-day drop since January) - Nasdaq: -4.8% - Gold: -3.38% (lost over $1 trillion in market cap) - Silver: -6.9% - Bitcoin: -6.31%, broke below $60K for the first time since October 2024 - Entire crypto market: -$200 billion gone in one day 📉Bitcoin is now down more than 50% from its October 2025 all-time high. Here’s exactly why everything collapsed at once: Reason #1 - The strongest jobs report in 13 months US economy added 172,000 new jobs in May (consensus expected only 85,000). April’s number was revised up another 64,000. Unemployment stayed at 4.3%. Sounds like good news, right? No. The market doesn't want a strong labor market right now. The only reason the Fed was able to cut rates in 2025 was weakening employment. ‼️The baseline scenario now is three rate hikes by early 2027, with a 50% probability of three hikes by April 2027. Reason #2 - Hawkish Fed + Kevin Warsh uncertainty Probability of a Fed rate hike this year jumped from 40% to 62% in one day. New Fed Chair Kevin Warsh wants to be dovish, but with strong jobs + inflation at 3.8% (fueled by the Iran war), justifying cuts just became almost impossible. Reason #3 - Crash from pure euphoria The S&P 500 had 9 straight green weeks, first time since 1985. When euphoria gets this extreme, violent reversals are the only way out. Reason #4 - Iran war is back in full force Iran officially announced that all negotiations with the US have completely collapsed. New US strikes, Iranian counter-attacks on bases, and threats to fully close the Strait of Hormuz. The “peace deal” narrative is officially dead. Higher oil prices, persistent inflation, no rate cuts, and rising geopolitical risk = a toxic combination for risk assets. The easy money era is gone. The pain trade is in full effect. 🚨 BITCOIN JUST BROKE BELOW $60K... THIS IS A MAJOR BEARISH BREAK! Lowest level since October 2024. Deribit analysts are calling $60K one of the most important levels on the chart right now. And the breakdown just opened the door to significantly more downside. ‼️Here’s why this is critical: - Over $1.2 billion in put options are sitting at the $60K strike on Deribit. Market makers (who are short gamma) will likely need to sell more BTC and futures to hedge, adding fuel to the fire. - A huge portion of institutional and ETF buying happened in the $60K–$67K range. Price moving below this level puts many of them underwater and can trigger more profit-taking or stop-loss selling. - The market is still full of leveraged long positions.
