@bt_uk spent the last hour trying to get through via 150 and various numbers provided on your site. Most don’t connect. On the odd occasion I’ve succeeded, get cut off. Have good signal, have tried via another phone. Also not had a PAC when requested. Is service working?

@BBCSport can you please take a look at the audio balance on Olympic coverage? Studio getting drowned out by field event mics.

@FPLPhillips Longer term, will adapt systems to balance the two of them. Any knock to Botman likely pushes Burn inside. When UCL comes around, the pack gets shuffled and can’t expect a 31y/o 6’6” left back to play twice a week so Targett/Hall will play more. I guess that will be Prem.

@FPLPhillips Bit slow on the draw here! I don’t see it immediately. Burn continues to look solid. Hall is quite a different LB when he plays there and would be a system change. We looked pretty bad as a back 5 against villa pre-season. See he and Livramento as starting cups, and impact subs

@limebike it’s about 10x this week I’ve had to move your bikes from littering the street. I know in theory you don’t allow this, but you don’t have it under control. Messy, hazardous and unnecessary. Get your network working.

Hi @BandQ - bought a set of basic own brand spanners from you last week, first use and without much pressure this is the result. I don’t expect miracles from basic tools, but loosening one nut is not a good enough service life. One for your quality team, please.

Hi @AvantiWestCoast - I appreciate queues are sometimes inevitable, but i've spent over 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone about my booking today. I am unable to alter this reservation online, and sending a request via the site suggests a 4 week response time.

Hi @GarminUK my forerunner just dropped of my wrist in the shower. Can you please advise on repair - is this part attached with adhesive?

@GreenFlagUK I've had two SMS messages today regarding your app, without a facility to opt-out. How do I get my number removed from these messages?

@Sophie74063613 @Shurgard Hi Sophie - no info there on checkout process or indeed the fact the government guidance on movement of people. How would I go about checking out, for instance, if your store/office is closed?

@harrym_vids noticed a month or so back you mentioned moving your L322 on. Please do get in contact if you look to sell, we're planning a similar trip to your Rolls later in the year, and think it would do nicely for that (and more mundane duties afterward).

Hey @PureGym was keen to join through East Sheen (new-ish gym) - your opening offer is £2 off for a month. Was suggested that the reason 'SAVEHALF' isn't available as two promos would be applied. Is there a way I can instead use the (much more useful) half-price first month?

#Email geeks - why is it that we occasionally spell out a URL next to a CTA and say 'or copy this into your browser' - I guess there is an accessibility element? Or some kind of confidence on the destination URL?
