@nakedphysio I have always felt I was taught the subjective in a Biomedical way. Given large acronyms to determine the site, severity, irritability etc. With no emphasis on the person and their context.

Tired of people saying new grads don't care about the diagnosis cause they are too dense to get on board with NSLBP. We obviously do care... when it changes management. If we're going to refer on, red flags, and many other scenarios.

What are people's thoughts on PPIVM and PAIVMs? Recently started working in the concussion space and they are going hard on these for headaches and assessing necks. Seems similar to things I moved away from in LBP but I've never looked into it. @GregLehman @AdamMeakins

@drjarodhalldpt Hi Jarod, I've been thinking about this a lot. Can we be confident that providing the neuromodulatory explanation is sufficient? Are we just reinforcing structural narratives due to prior/societal beliefs despite our efforts?

However, I graduated at 30 and I think it gives me advantage in these scenarios. I some times worry about my younger peers. Great to hear that the board is thinking discussing it.
