15 years ago, Bungie released its 20th-anniversary ViDoc "O Brave New World," looking back at the studio's history and ahead to its future. It ended with the logo for Bungie's next game, Destiny. 15 years later, Destiny 2 received its final live service update in June.

broke out the oil paints for the first time in years to paint a little piece commemorating the last 12 years of destiny ‘The Final Sunset’

12 years ago today: Bungie released the "New Beginnings" trailer for Destiny. Yesterday, Destiny 2 received its final live service update. 🥹

I’m glad this is making the rounds. Before we started the petition, we looked into successful gaming petitions from the past to see if there was any precedent. A lot of people said it would take one million signatures, five million signatures, or some other massive number. The reality is that nobody knows what number, if any, would make a difference. It’s important to stay realistic. At the same time, there have been examples of communities accomplishing things with far fewer signatures. I’d love to see the petition continue to grow, but tomorrow and the weeks ahead are going to be just as important when it comes to player participation. A strong player count sends a message too. Some communities are already organizing special events and offering to help carry as many players as possible through raids and other activities. Tomorrow is going to be emotional. There will probably rivalries, reunions, tears, celebrations, and plenty of space magic. As always, some people will try to turn it into something negative for their own reasons. Don’t let them. Protect your little piece of Destiny tomorrow and spend it with the people who made the journey meaningful.

Per ardua ad astra. I'm was able to design D2's final Director layout. What a privilege! I'm thankful to my team members, which includes my fiancé who I met at Bungie, who all put great effort into creating it alongside me. See yall tomorrow.

To the Destiny 2 community, Thank you. As artists, our goal has always been to create worlds filled with wonder, mystery, beauty, and adventure. But what brings those worlds to life is you. You take our designs, our napkin sketches, our "wouldn't it be cool if..." ideas and transform them into something real. Your creativity, your passion, and your love for the game give our work purpose. We've always believed Destiny could be a place where expression is celebrated, where players can see themselves and each other in the worlds we build, where every Guardian can forge their own legend—and you proved it. Watching your Guardians grow, embrace new allies, take down bigger and badder bosses, solve mind-bending puzzles, dodge death traps, avoid Taken boopers, and overcome every Raid challenge we throw at you—all while looking incredible—has been a constant reminder of why this universe matters. You shaped it. You made it matter. You are the light of Destiny. With Monument of Triumph, we set out to create a series of love letters to Guardians, new and old. We shared a preview last week of armor inspired by early designs from the original Destiny but have also sprinkled some winks and nods throughout the rewards releasing tomorrow. We hope they feel like a small thank you for everything you’ve given us. From all of us on the Destiny 2 art team, thank you for supporting us, inspiring us, and continuing to bring this world to life in ways we could never have imagined. You give our art meaning. With gratitude, The Destiny 2 Art Team

I don’t think I will ever stop listening to these soundtracks

If Pulonia is really going to get tossed aside like this, it would at least be rad to get the big boi a geo vision and put him on the roster

Hoyoverse really gave us the coolest concept for Pulonia’s combat, close combat punches, homing missiles and a laser beam, just to delete it

All in all, engaging gameplay! Crisp audio! Huge upgrade to the Trainer model! And probably one of the best attempts Pokemon has made at the “friends we made along the way” stories where you guys end up needing to work together for a greater purpose! I give it a strong 8/10🎉

I will probably bundle a Photo dump of my experience once I’m home later ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ

Alrighty! Having finally beat Pokemon ZA’s base story(I’ve been playing though it in bite-sized 15min intervals), I gotta give it kudos: It has such a lovely bundle of characters, Pokemon, music, intentional dialogue, and story beats that carry from one to the next seamlessly,
