@AnnaBower I agree that Art. 27 means the Disciplinary Committee can suspend any sanction for any reason. That said, applying the legal lens, I hope you'll recognize the apparent absence of due process and not least the committee's failure to motivate its decision (not their usual style).

@AnnaBower It was even reported that FIFA stated the decision was final. And then the about-face with no further explanation from the disciplinary committee. I've been a soccer fan for 40+ years. The VAR call was good. Red card correct under current laws of the game. This stinks.

@peterbrodersen Det er IMO ikke helt det, systemet siger, hvis Nordea ligesom Danske Bank ender med bøder i milliardklassen. Og jeg synes, spørgsmålet om individuelt forsæt er ret væsentligt. Mener du også, der er medarbejdere i Skat, som burde have været tiltalt i udbytteskatsagen?
