This was written on day 545. Today is day 582. Dear, dear Mr. President As I sit here on Palm Sunday, and the 545th day as a political prisoner, I'm compelled to write you. This is the second letter I've written from prison. The first one was also to you. So grateful to the millions of people who have voiced support and stood by me like you through this continuing ordeal that continues behind these prison walls. All the support and my faith continues to give me hope. My agony and frustration, while unimaginable for many, falls a far second to the urgency and silence I see on the real reason I am here and continue to be here — the electronic voting machines. As a successful business owner for thirty two years before I ran for and was elected to office, I felt my skills could benefit the citizens in my community and put an end to the three and a half hour wait times in our Motor Vehicle dept. Charged with a multimillion dollar budget, five division, three location offices, I accomplished what many critics thought impossible in achievements — all within budget. What I did not plan for nor anticipate was uncovering the source of the "selected" public officials that most thought were elected. A secret so fundamental to the un-balance of power in our government from local city council, school board elections all the way up, as you know, to president. This is explained partly in my first movie Selection Code on my website TinaPeters.us. Why I am writing now is due to the daily unending urgency I feel to speak out. The midterms will be "won" by the opposition as we've seen in Virginia, New Jersey, New York city and across the U.S. if the machines are allowed to continue to be used. That is a certainty. This is what keeps me up at night and makes me feel what I exposed that landed me here seems to be for nothing after five years of its discovery. I am a federal whistleblower but see no progress to the elimination of the machines made in China and proliferated throughout the U.S. Other countries like France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Israel all count the ballots by hand. That system worked in the U.S. for two hundred years and can again if you get rid of the machines. These machines do not meet federal standards. I experienced and personally observed the votes being switched during my 2022 secretary of state race against Jena Griswold. This is a real national threat and if allowed to continue will steal our country once again. The push back against many "elected" officials to support security and transparency in elections exposes their obvious complicity in the use of machines in our voting that they once spoke out vehemently against (see movie Selection Code for the clips) and any safeguards for the people's vote and voice. With much appreciation to God I have a voice and the people responsible for putting me here can never take that away. However now is the time to act to safeguard that we have a country that assures every legitimate vote counts. The obvious disparity between the nine year sentence and Colorado senator that got probation for the similar crime is evidence of the voices hell bent on keeping me in prison to punish me for revealing the truth but still five years later the machines are still being used. Why are we letting them win? Those are the true criminals that seek the devastation of our great country. When judges and politicians champion the release of murderous criminals and minimize the rights of the innocent and truth tellers, it's very easy and plain to identify the enemies within. I believe God has called each person to choose good or evil. A popular quote, "the only way for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." It's time to act. Getting rid of the complex, flawed voting machines will bring liberty and justice to all and restore our faith in elections and guarantee our representatives duly do represent the people they serve. For months I have repeatedly reached out to you, both publicly on X and via direct message, offering to share critical forensic evidence and firsthand details from the Tina Peters case. I have identified myself as the lead forensics expert involved in her matter and have provided my phone number twice. You have not called. (you can easily check @realtinapeters page to see how involved I've been). You repeatedly dismiss further engagement, characterized my outreach as 'demands and tantrums', questioned my motives and association, then directed any input to a general campaign email. According to your attempted dismissals, your team is “solid on what we’ve learned” and has “no need to inquire again.” Do you really think that's going to work? Do really you think I'm going to fall for that one? A candidate for Governor of Colorado should welcome accurate information on a case involving election integrity and the imprisonment of a 70-year-old former public official attacked by the very corruption you claim to be running to fix. And your public position on Tina has flip-flopped from day one. How can anyone trust you at this point? And refusing to examine available evidence from a long-time Colorado resident directly involved in the case raises legitimate questions about whether your stance is based on complete facts or political positioning. Do you think Citizens in Colorado don't see that? Now I'm starting to see why people are questioning your intent and integrity... 1) You initially stated in a private meeting that you believed Tina Peters was guilty and were reluctant to issue a pardon, only later shifting your stance. 2) You publicly claimed a General Michael Flynn endorsement, which Flynn’s team clarified was never given and asked you to stop promoting. (and I checked with Mike myself and confirmed directly to me that he did NOT endorse you) 3) Critics, including ministry watchdogs and opposition researchers, have documented concerns regarding transparency in your ministry’s high-risk mission claims, financial efficiency ratings, and unverifiable personal testimony elements. These instances, combined with your current refusal to take a brief call from a constituent offering case-specific evidence, create an incredibly concerning pattern of shifting positions, overstated associations, and avoidance of direct accountability. And you want to run for Governor??? Coloradans deserve a governor who demonstrates integrity, willingness to engage with facts, and respect for citizens who seek to provide relevant information, especially on issues central to trust in government and elections. Repeatedly dismissing such outreach while campaigning on servant leadership and election integrity sends the opposite message. I remain available for a direct call at any time. My number has already been provided to you twice. A single phone call would allow me to present the evidence, answer your questions, and clarify my background as a 50+ year Colorado resident and election/cyber-security subject matter expert. No Zoom, no intermediaries, just a conversation between two Colorado residents; one claiming to run to represent the other. If you choose not to call, that decision will stand as a public indicator of how you handle constituent input and potentially inconvenient facts. And I will see to it that voters are informed enough to assess for themselves whether this reflects the transparency and leadership Colorado needs. Time will indeed tell—through your actions in the coming days. And no, I'm not going to 'just leave it there'. Instead, I'll start by waiting here for your call.
