Im curious how 2 can run the Genius Bar with lines for 5, and MRs don’t care. They also book walkins too. Also alone in iPhone repair and system is booking 4 iPhones in 30 min. No RFP and Genius Admin. I’m not a Genius, I’m a miracle - Admin, Genius, Repair, RFP and Line in one

Wtf 🤬 30 over iPhone is restarting, no depot repair possible because diagnostics finds no issue, clear install done - failure still here, cmr frustrated, no swap or repair possible. @ Apple We are well trained tecs, let us do our job and don’t restricted everything I can do

I do a rearhousing MG - no do a swap Ok I will swap MG - diagnostic indicate a possible repair Mhm well then a rearhousing again MG - are you stupid, u have to swap it Create a swap MG - well I think the best option is a Depot repair, no loaner, no overwrite Go fuck the uersself

@SwapExpert I know, but I have no time to fix all her stupid failures while doing my Genius stuff. Shift cover, repair, line, an knowledge base it’s more then enough after also doing manager stuff bc no LG or GBM is in Store
All admin quitting because of one how was not in store for 3 years. Great to see when she was fighting with BOH because she believes a SNR part is allocated befor it changes into a Swap repair. 2 admins left from 5 - great Job 👏
@SwapExpert Yeah it get allocated when the part oder arraives after quickscan but when you don’t go for RFP and someone runs the product from BOH in the time because Admin put it back in Stock because of I don’t know my business duties - it’s lol

Wow - want to go to a other store. Complete the process - at round two got kicked out because intern/intern first - now I should train them because I have experience. My old Genius ass is not there to train idiots who got payed more because of new contracts
The fruit stand got be in my second burnout. Congrats to this idiot Store Leader an management. First you got told you are not needed to run the store - now it’s essential because of theirs failures you told them month ago in advance
They forgot my vacation. Later I understood because it hast to be fast, a other Genius was send to my store. 2,5 Month later the exchange was canceled by SL - they send all G into Role Discovery and they are understaffed. Now Im not a team player because I don’t want go back 2/2
Well let me tell you a story.. Got a invitation to exchange with a other store as Genius for 6 month at a date I like. Two days later I had to make a decision within 3 days… I said yes. 2 more days before I went to vacation got the info to start there next week, but… 1/2
It’s a good day until a CMR thinks it’s a good idea to tell you 4 times to kill yourselves, do Suizide 🥶
