Three ways this could work: One: Bring in a third team to absorb the mismatch. Two: Charlotte swaps in a player at $41.5M+ so OKC can do a clean 1-for-1. Three: OKC sheds enough salary elsewhere to drop below the Second Apron first. None of those are easy.
