It makes sense that in a world without technology, the most efficient way to teach was to deliver live lectures to a large number of students and to have everyone work at the same pace. But it's 2023. Technology is everywhere. Teachers shouldn't have to spend precious class time delivering information. Students shouldn't be rushed through a lesson before they're able to master a skill because the class period is ending. Those practices should be antiquated but are still commonplace in most classrooms. It's time we equip educators with new methods of teaching that leverage the tools of the 21st century to truly meet students' needs effectively.

The Cardiac Wolves do it again. Ely scores 3 in bottom of the eighth to beat Cherry 5-4 and move on to Thursday’s 7A baseball finals. Logan Loe lays down squeeze bunt to win it for the Wolves, who will play South Ridge for the title.
