@Meeperthe1 serious all that stuff is left to the Haemonculi covens. There probably is a few cases of Dark Eldar doing some weird body mods to become that little bit better but it would be frowned upon in larger society and make them "unpure".
@Meeperthe1 No not really. In Dark Eldar society being seen as a pure Eldar is important due to the majority of them being vat-born instead of true born eldar. They do use plenty of steroids and other "drugs" to enhance them selves and occasionally some minor body modifications but nothing-
