21 weeks of growing this little girl with my favorite human by my side. Our miracle baby arrives this December. IVF made this possible. I can’t imagine a world where I wouldn’t be able to experience this magic.

@klc979 @rdr_pharmacist @PhlawlessPharm @Nursing_Heretic Bypass is for EMS not walk ins and EMS can still come if the patient requests. There is no such thing as shutting the doors.

@PhlawlessPharm @_RachelleAndrea No- I get that that’s often the issue. I’m charge so I’m constantly fixing this before my RN calls pharmacy What I’m talking about is pharmacy is calling before I’ve completed the triage. H&W is part of that.

@normalnorm7 It’s easy to say “ get better” but honestly the situation in the US with maternity leave is hopeless. To get better I would have to relocate to another country.
