@PhoenixASHtro @Astro_by_sita Reading for others it's like "Yeah it's gonna be rough, he'll cheat, he'll threaten to kill the dog and.." and it comes true. Reading for yourself you think "Oh, I got the worst spread ever" but still hold hope and wonder where the signs were when they go wrong.
@PhoenixASHtro @Astro_by_sita I know how you feel. I feel like we're entangled in something, we have an investment and that makes it harder to see the red flags even when they're in a spread or astrological. It's a lot easier to do for others because when you want things to work out your mind looks for proof.
@PhoenixASHtro @Astro_by_sita Oh, sorry if it seemed confrontational!! I didn't mean anything by it in that way. Synastry is something that fascinates me and it was particularly on my mind at that time so I kind of wound up posting more than I needed to. I don't really disagree with your takes.

@PhoenixASHtro @Astro_by_sita I praise luminary-benefics because, especially in regards to Venus, the sun is the spirit, moon emotional world, comfort, your physical circumstances. Even if the Moon is simply in the same sign as their Venus, it is good because it guarantees one of you can care about the other
@PhoenixASHtro @Astro_by_sita I agree that 5th and 7th house configurations are generally good. They can be problematic though if the other person doesn't like you. Speaking from experience, having met someone with a stellium in my 7th, it is not pleasant to have their Mars on your midheaven w/ that config.
@ivyastrology The lack of support is the most frustrating thing though. I've made things in other communities before and the support you get in them for making something with 10% of the research and effort is significantly more than with Astrology because you can actually share it on Reddit.
@ivyastrology If you think about it any kind of scientific field is a Mercurial deal, and Mercury is the planet that gets a little to close to the sun. People identify with what they know. If you have a different view point that's an attack on who they are. Politics/Consumerism are similar.

The complaint is valid because it's gonna be confusing for people familiar with math questions, and he used to be a teacher. They could have just not included a shape.
@ivyastrology Meanwhile established astrologers will post their videos on the popular subreddits all the time even though there are rules about self promotion. The Astrology subreddits are where you go if you want to become depressed. Who are they for lmao
@ivyastrology You aren't allowed to post anything you made on the reddit. Does not matter if you spent a month + making it. I get that no one wants to be flooded with daily videos, but is it really such a crime for an aspiring astrologer to ask "How do I make my videos seen?"

@ivyastrology Another thing about reading on transits is that this is something personalized that that person will read more than once, likely to understand what is happening or has happened. If it was impactful, could be years down the line.
@ivyastrology You should ask on a client to client basis, but some people appreciate detail. It helps to understand what's going on and people's intuition will often lead them towards what they need to read in moments where they need it. IMO it depends on if it can be useful to the client.
