@VitoGesualdi @MorganRamsay “Nolan Bushnell, one of the founders of Atari” would be an example of that first one. Leaving off “one of” and just stating “the founder of” doesn’t denote others. You can also state, “Nolan Bushnell, co-founder of Atari” to be same effect, as in the 2nd

@VitoGesualdi Actually normally it does. Which is why Jobs and Woz are usually referred to as Co-founders of Apple for example, even individually. In this case there’s a pattern of trying to minimize Ted’s participation which is also why it’s important.

@VitoGesualdi Agree completely. Two factual correction: Nolan is co-founder with Ted Dabney, not sole founder. Ted is actually passing from esophageal cancer, has about 8 months to live. Likewise they weren’t 99% men, a lot of women worked there.
