Do not book holidays with @TravelRepublic - absolutely appalling customer service. Booked a hotel advertised on the website as a 4*, and looking all beautiful in Malta, but… it was mouldy messy, stinking, DIRTY.

Contacted @TravelRepublic ASAP but no resolution was offered or solutions advised. All the way ignored- the email response was equivalent to ‘computer says no’. Contacted them when back- similar responses. Their argument is that hotel ‘says no’, but I didn’t buy hols from hotel

Does this hotel look like a 4* hotel you advertise on your website? @TravelRepublic I feel like my complaint ACM/21239046 is being fobbed off as the response is long, but looks like ‘computer says NO’. Do I need to contact @ABTAtravel to get the refund/compensation?
