4. Have fun
Make the most of everyday, don't take life too seriously. Always have perspective. Do things that bring you joy. Prioritise social connection - its good for you.
Over the past 9 years, I have:
➡️ Burned out to the point I was unable to work for many months
➡️ Overcome a serious case of sepsis where I was on the brink of death
➡️ Set up a successful company which brings me a great sense of purpose (and doesn't mean i have to work hard)
You can't rely on willpower alone to embed new habits.
Research showed a pattern in healthy high performers was using a 1/1/1 renewal mechanism. 👇
