The pain in contracting is not the pour. It is the estimate that never makes the calendar, the invoice that slips, the job lost between the calendar and the books. I built COS to close those gaps. The work was never the problem. The paperwork was. #contractors #construction

People assume "AI software" means it does everything for you. COS does not. I still build the estimate, set the dates, and send the invoice. COS kills the data entry around those calls and makes sure nothing slips. The judgment stays human. The busywork goes away.
What COS does NOT do, on purpose: It doesn't price your job. It doesn't send your invoices. It doesn't decide what got done. You make the money calls in QuickBooks, where your money lives. COS handles the rest. The busywork is the machine's job. The judgment is yours.
Most contractors I know run on a whiteboard, a group text, and a QuickBooks that talks to none of it. The office work piles up for after dark. Contractor Operations Suite runs that back-office busywork so the night shift at the kitchen table isn't yours anymore.
