How come a driving instructor is not allowed to sit in the back during a practical driving test. Yet on a standards check you have a examiner in the back. Sometimes you have examiner observing examiner. What’s the difference

Ofqual didn't see anything, they created an algorithm that changed grades by location and nothing to do with the individuals. If you cannot grasp that concept, understand that these students will have the chance to learn @uni
