@MWEBTweets your live chat does not work. it still has not responded about the outage that resulted in this entire exchange. so again the issue is the lack of service from a service provider.

@MWEBTweets your site doesn't list active outages, it logs them after the fact which doesn't help us in the midst of an outage. someone from Farrarmere has highlighted this multiple times to you. If we have less than 15 users in our area where are will we find out about active outages?

@MWEBTweets Your customer service is the issue. We understand that things break & need maintenance even when they aren't broken, but lack of communication about these matters makes having you for an ISP awful. The basic service of letting your customers know what is going on is all we ask.

@vumatel I understand that you can't help it when things like this happen but please communicate with us so that we can make alternative plans. We used to get sms notifications, now we have to wait for office hours and only get a response at the end of the workday?

@paballo_maseko Not a parent but I ran a literacy program. This looks like a functional literacy issue - ie even if she can read she has trouble with comprehension so maths and languages (and later general education) will suffer. 1/3

@paballo_maseko + reading part of a book and asking them to draw or write what happens next. (you & her writing notes to one another will also personalise her knowledge journey) This led to improvements general school results, behaviour at school, confidence and use of local library. 3/3
