@CarShield To correctly reflect facts - Carshield sent defective transmission that couldn't be driven 30 minutes but is requiring it be driven an hour. Claim has been open since 19 January. Please replace the transmission with a working one.

@EmbassySuites Stayed at Embassy Suites Concord 19 January. Informed water would be on til 10am 20 January. 915am 20 January no running water. Front desk agent said comped stay. Was charged anyway. Why? For no flushing toilet and no shower?

@VerizonSupport - Please explain how a request to have TV service ended on 9.18 AND separately have Fios upgraded to 2 gig translates into me paying for TV service until November 12 2gig upgrade installation. Verizon clearly does not want me as a customer.

@dominos Ordered pizza, never received it. Called store. Told it was left on some table in hotel lobby w/o a call from driver. During call called "bro" by someone I'm probably old enough to be their father. Still no pizza!

Still no way provided to purchase tickets. Was told there is an 8 ticket limit. That is perfect. I want to purchase 8 tickets. Ticketmaster can't help me spend money on Ticketmaster?

@TMFanSupport Emailed on Monday about trying to purchase Monster Jam Pit Party tickets for this Saturday. Unable to purchase because I'm not purchasing individual tickets because I have purchased a suite for the event. Can I at least have someone from Ticketmaster respond?

@Ticketmaster I am trying to purchase tickets to Monster Jam Pit Party for my son's birthday. I already purchased a suite for Monster Jam. Ticketmaster won't let me buy Pit Party without buying Monster Jam tickets, which I already purchased with the suite. Help, please?
