Year 2 Science - learning about living and non-living things.
What a busy couple of days reception have had! We have been collecting autumn leaves for our Autumn themed art work. We then printed with paint, did wax rubbings and explored map work, Numicon and number three using a part, part whole model.. 😄🎨🍁🍂🗺️🗾
Year 1 super footballers went to Bolton Wanderers Academy and played against 7 teams from around the area. It was a fantastic experience.
Year 2 are enjoying using the headphones whilst composing their own musical pieces.

Reception have had a fantastic time learning all about number 3 today in Maths. We discussed different ways we can represent the number and introduced the part-whole model! The children then made their own posters all about number 3 😊
2B are tackling division this week! Our budding mathematicians enjoyed using concrete materials to investigate what numbers can and can’t be divided by two. ➗🧮
Today the Pre-School children enjoyed creating bread hedgehogs with Mrs. Holland. Lots of rolling, shaping and cutting to create tasty treats for home… enjoy! 🦔🦔🦔
Congratulations to the new Eco Warriors! ♻️ All the children were fantastic and so confident in delivering their manifestos. We already have lots of wonderful ideas ready for our first meeting together. 😄♻️🌱
