ICE agents choked a 16-year-old when they arrested him alongside his undocumented father. He filmed much of it, but ICE didn't give his phone back when he was released. He later found it in a vending machine for used electronics; suggesting an agent stole it and sold it for cash.
We showed former police and immigration officials videos of agents using chokeholds and other moves that can block breathing. They said agents are out of control. One said it’s “the kind of action which should get you fired.” propublica.org/article/videos…
