@Lowes I had a call from my current guests on Tuesday of this week to tell me that the fridge was not cooling and all their food was spoiled. Could you advise my next steps please as the unit is less than 3 weeks old and would seem to be defective, Thanks

@Lowes I live in the UK but own a rental in Davenport/. On a recent visit I bought a fridge freezer from your Haines City store. (April 10th) It was delivered on April 13th. We had some difficulty getting the unit to cool/freeze but manages it eventually.
