Today, we celebrate the life and service of a wonderful man who brought joy to so many and remained steadfast in his commitment to protecting and serving others. Officer Smith exemplified dedication, compassion, and courage. His loss is felt deeply across our law enforcement family and throughout the community he served with honor.
