@lynk0x @notdecu If I ever had such a PnL calendar, each green would pay the tuition fees of my kids. That's my goal.

Interesting finding: I've been developing a scalping strategy and although I thought it would work better in low-volume hours, I'm obtaining the best results after 7pm NYC time. Really interesting...

@moonranker__ And when you sell on a loss, what’s your average stop loss?

@boxbox_32 That’s what I call risk management. It’s all about managing risk and emotions.

@DarkWarden99x Just enforce strict risk management. And even set a daily stop loss. If you do that you’ll have a bigger port in the next day. Red days are part of the game, just protect yourself from those emotions.

@badattrading_ Just posted something around these lines. Kids are making more money than they ever dreamed of. They could invest wisely to retire themselves and their kids. Nothing lasts forever. Life will humble you. Question is: what will you do now to be ready when that moment comes?

Don’t be like this guy. If you’re doing well in crypto and memes, pull it out but instead of spending it in a stupid fancy car you could: - buy real estate - invest in long term stocks / ETFs - get passive income from DeFi protocols Nothing lasts forever. Life will humble you.

@SolanaSwaggy Unfortunately I got permanently banned for using a self-made browser extension to practice paper trading. I get I’ll be paying my fees elsewhere once I’m a profitable trader.

@StarPlatinum_ I don’t see this as FUD, this is actually very good informative content. Trading (not only memecoins) is a zero-sum game: one only makes money on a trade if someone looses that same amount. Obviously, only a small percentage can win. You need to be amongst the best.

@zebisphoto Try paper trading instead. You can save that SOL for when you're profitable paper trading.

@umbrajohn If your port looks like a roller coaster going from 30 to 2500 and then back to zero that just means you need to apply proper risk management. With proper risk management it becomes more “boring” but at least you’ll be protecting your capital.

Day 12: After some study and a few hours spent on the charts, I decided to try a scalping strategy picking up dips on new pairs. Reset the wallet to 2 SOL and using 10% of the port per trade. Few trades, quality over quantity, trying to improve and develop and edge.

Day 11: Made a small P, pretty hectic day, all my double-dip plays hit SLs which completely killed a decent profit. Anyways, I'm enjoying more this dip-based strategy, it has more rules and it's less dependent on the narrative, I'm basically trading the chart.
